On the Rocks Apothecary is a small-batch business, and each order is carefully prepared and packed by hand.
Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days. During holidays, product launches, markets, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly extended.
Shipping Rates & Delivery: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected.
Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s journey.
Delays & Carrier Issues: On the Rocks Apothecary is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances outside of our control.
If you experience an issue with delivery, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you in working with the carrier.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses: Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require additional shipping fees to be resent.
Lost Packages: If a package appears lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
Local Pickup / Events: If local pickup or event delivery is available, those options will be provided at checkout or communicated directly.
