Returns & Damaged Items

Because our products are handmade in small batches and many items are personal care products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

We take great care in crafting and packaging every order and want you to love what you receive.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can make it right.

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the item

  • A photo of the packaging if the damage occurred during shipping

Once reviewed, we will replace the damaged item or provide store credit at our discretion.

Shipping Issues

Once a package has been shipped, we are not responsible for carrier delays or lost packages. If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us and we will help you work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.

Handmade Product Notice

Because our products are handmade, slight variations in color, texture, or scent may occur. These natural differences are part of the charm of small-batch products and do not qualify as defects.
