Candle and Product Safety
Product Care & Safety
Our products are handcrafted in small batches using carefully selected ingredients. Because many of our items are made with natural materials such as plant oils, butters, and natural waxes, slight variations are normal and part of the beauty of handmade products.
Natural Product Variations
You may notice slight differences in color, texture, or scent from one batch to another. These variations are completely normal and do not affect the quality or performance of the product.
Products made with natural waxes, oils, and butters may also respond to temperature changes during shipping or storage.
Candle Care & Safety
To ensure the best performance and safest use of your candle:
• Trim wick to about 1/4 inch before each burn
• Allow the wax to melt to the edges during the first burn to prevent tunneling
• Do not burn candles longer than 3–4 hours at a time
• Keep candles away from drafts, pets, and flammable materials
• Never leave a burning candle unattended
Always place candles on a heat-safe, stable surface.
Body Butter & Balm Care
Many of our body butters and balms are made with natural butters such as shea, mango, or cocoa butter.
These ingredients may soften or melt in warm temperatures. If this occurs during shipping, place the product in a cool area or refrigerate briefly to restore firmness. Melting does not affect the quality of the product.
Pet Product Safety
Our pet products are made with ingredients chosen to be gentle and safe when used as directed.
• For external use only
• Avoid eyes, nose, and mouth
• Discontinue use if irritation occurs
• Always consult your veterinarian if your pet has known sensitivities
Storage Tips
For best results, store products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and heat.
Proper storage will help maintain the texture, scent, and performance of your products.
