A New Chapter, Rooted in Creativity

A New Chapter, Rooted in Creativity

For the last several years, my professional presence has been closely tied to work I cared deeply about—mission-driven, community-centered, and rooted in service of others.

As a military spouse, life has always required flexibility. When my family relocated due to my husband’s active-duty service, I had to step away from that role and begin a new chapter—one shaped by movement, change, and reflection.

During that transition, I found myself returning to something quieter and more personal: creating with my hands.

What started small—pouring candles, blending scents, experimenting late at night—slowly became On the Rocks Apothecary, a small-batch apothecary built around intention, humor, and care. Over time, it grew into body care, home fragrance, pet products, and scent collections inspired by both coastal roots and the Pacific Northwest landscapes we now call home.

This business has become a place where creativity and structure meet. Where I can build something steady, adaptable, and my own. One deeply aligned with this season of life—shaped by relocation, resilience, and reinvention.

I’m sharing this now as a way of re-introducing myself here, not attached to a title or organization, but as a founder, entrepreneur, and maker navigating growth one step at a time.

If you’re someone who has:

  • navigated career shifts because of military relocation
  • adapted your work to fit changing seasons of life
  • or quietly built something meaningful in the margins

You’re not alone.

I’m looking forward to sharing my products and passion with you.
